THE THREE SWANS ROAD RALLY 25/26th June 2005

Thank you for entering the Three Swans Road Rally we had another large entry this year and we are grateful for your continued support.  We hope that you had an enjoyable time with the weather being kind to us this year.  We also hope that you enjoyed the route as it gets more difficult each year to find new roads to use.  Thirty six crews started the event with thirty four being classified as finishers at the end of the event.  Congratulations to the Award Winners on what proved to be a close event with 6 minutes covering the first 8 places.

We were please to host a round of both the ANCC and ANEMMC Road Rally Championships and would like to thank the Championship Co-ordinators for their continued support.  There were five competitors entered in Endurance Rally Specification cars, we were however disappointed that only one car entered the historic vehicle category.

Our thanks go to TBM Cutters for their continued sponsorship of the event and to the staff of the Royal Oak, Hirst Courtney for providing the finish venue.  And finally a big thank you to all the Marshals who turned out on the night to make the event possible.

We look forward to seeing you again next year for the Three Swans Rally 2006.
